A customized healing and life coaching program for YOU
Whether you’re just beginning to wake up to your spirituality… having unexplained negative issues in your life… or are looking to accelerate your personal development tenfold, this program will deliver. We’ll work together for three solid months of focused, one-on-one interaction.
My work is based on working with “energy” as it shows up in the physical, but there won’t be a lot of vague, woo-woo stuff that only confuses you. If you’ve had it with courses and coaches where you’re told to “just be happy“, this is the program for you. Been there, done that, and it didn’t work for me either. I’m a very down to Earth person, and I don’t blow smoke to make you feel better – we want real results here, not feel-good B.S. that only lasts until we get off the phone. The Life Support coaching platform is a very focused one-on-one program within which you and I will explore what it really means to be you. Through intuitive investigation, we’ll discover:
- The unique gifts and traits that are authentic to you as a spiritual being
- How you can best bring out those gifts to live an abundant, happy life
- What negativities you’ve accumulated at the spiritual level as the result of your past choices, and how those blocks have been manifesting in your life. We’ll clear those as though they never happened.
- What exciting new actions and attitudes you can take on to express your “clean slate”.
Over the course of the program you’ll have my full attention as an intuitive, healer and coach, and as an experienced human being. Most of us truly don’t have someone to walk with us on our path in an authentic and effective way. Family, friends, and even spouses and life-mates sometimes simply don’t have the perspective (or sometimes the skills) needed to give you objective advice and feedback.
Formal psychotherapy has its place, and I don’t claim to replace any of those tools. But therapy is often based upon rigid rules of engagement that are lacking in the spiritual dimension (and in practical advice). I will honor and uphold you for what you are, and what you can be. There will be no judgment…only acceptance, patient understanding, and thoughtful consideration for you as a unique soul.

What Is It?
The program consists of six modules, which are designed to lead you on a logical, progressive path of self-discovery. The modules will center around our phone sessions every two weeks, and between calls you’ll have “homework” assignments. However, the format is quite flexible and we’ll proceed in a way that fits you best.
- During the program, you can email me any time with questions. I’ll get back to you within 24 hours. This will give you a chance to “check in” with me with a quick question in case anything comes up that needs to be dealt with in the moment.
- For the time we’re working together and beyond, I’ll be with you energetically. I’ll carry the intention for your healing and evolution on a daily basis, and send you positive energy as we move through the
process. The benefits of having someone rooting for you have been scientifically proven. Prayer, good vibes…whatever you want to call it, you’ll be getting it from me on a daily basis.
- Throughout the program you’ll receive tools to help you along: book recommendations (including a copy of my own book), guided meditations, a format to use in your journaling, and more.
Module 1 – Basic Clearing
Right off the bat, we’re going to use our first call together to clear out as much of the mental, emotional, and spiritual “garbage” as possible. Before the call, I’ll intuitively access your

multi-dimensional record and inquire very specifically about what blocks and restrictions are affecting you negatively. I’ll also check your level of alignment with the Divine Energies. During the call itself (which will be 60 to 90 minutes) I’ll explain in detail what I’ve found, and we’ll clear the blocks as we go along. You’ll receive some “homework”: a tailor-made clearing prayer meant to add your intentions to the process. You’ll perform this prayer for 21 days (it will only involve 5 minutes or so per day). Just as importantly, during this first module I’ll make you aware of your Soul Group of Origin, your Archangelic Realm of Training, and all of the other gifts and traits you bring. If you’ve already had the Individual Session with me (which includes the above work), we’ll use this first call to check in on how the clearing is showing up for you and decide how to proceed. I’ll deduct the fee you paid for that session, but you’ll get exactly the same amount of time on the phone with me.
Module 2 – Life Purpose
In our second call two weeks later, we’ll begin to talk about the specifics of your life; what’s going right, and what’s not so much. We’ll begin to clarify what you really want from life (and from yourself) and how your soul-level gifts can come into play. The full expression of your Higher Self means that you are living your Life Purpose. We’ll discuss that, as well as what might be your Mission in this lifetime and how to best go about it.I’ll be “channeling” information for you and we’ll use that to start the life coaching process. We’ll also decide if there are any specific life areas that we can focus on. Even as we do the practical day-to-day work, we can address this with additional intuitive readings/clearings. I can do specific readings around relationships, money issues, choices you need to make, or any other area you wish.
Module 3 – What’s Showing up?
Our third call will be a check-up on how the clearing is beginning to show up for you. You should have completed the 21-day prayer regimen by now, and we’ll discuss how that experience was for you and what changes in your thoughts and emotions are showing up. Often the clearing process can bring up some unpleasantness – for the most part this is simply your “ego”, your sense of identity, acting up and trying to keep you safe. I’ll point out how to know when this is happening, and how to deal with it. The practical life-coaching will continue throughout the program as well.
Module 4 – Develop Your Inner Guidance
In call number 4 , we’ll investigate your level of connection to your Higher Self and Spirit Guides; in other words, your intuition and degree of ability to recognize it. You’ll get tips on how to exercise this ability (which we all have), what are the various means of receiving information and which one(s) work best for you. I’ll teach you my own methods for getting specific guidance and give you some homework around accessing your own inner guidance system.
Module 5 – Sweeping Up the Residue
For our fifth call, we will do a checkup on any remaining blocks you’re still carrying. The initial session we had in the first call will have taken care of the major negativities, but we’re only permitted to clear so much at a time to avoid a “healing crisis”. We’ll clear the negativities that now reveal themselves.
Module 6 – Summary and Moving Forward
Our last call will be in an open format where you’ll bring all of your questions and concerns. We’ll talk about what continuing actions you can take to keep going on the new path you’ve discovered; what practices will serve you best. I’ll recommend books and other materials that will help you along in your spiritual evolution and physical life and wrap up what has happened during the program.
Bonus Call
In addition, you’ll get a seventh bonus call with me that you can use at any time, whether it’s two weeks or 6 months later. We can check and see if there are any stubborn blocks remaining, and clear them if necessary. We’ll take a look at your progress and determine where and how you can tweak your process to refine it for even faster results.
